Assign an FSTC coordinator to manage scholarship applications, SGO partnerships, and family communications.

Create materials to inform families about FSTC eligibility, the application process, and covered expenses. Plan for information sessions and one-on-one support.
Build SGO Relationships
Establish relationships with at least one SGO before the application window opens. Understand their requirements, reporting expectations, and disbursement timelines.
Recent News
Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program announced it will operate the federal Section 25F scholarship tax credit through a new entity, American GOAL Scholarship Program, with a dedicated site at americangoal.org. The federal program takes effect January 1, 2027, and the American GOAL Pledge Form is expected to open in January 2027 for federal donor enrollment.
