Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EFTC Resource Hub at eftc.fundedu.org ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Description of Service

The EFTC Resource Hub is operated by FundEDU to provide educational resources, readiness assessments, and advocacy tools related to the Education Freedom Tax Credit (EFTC) program. The Site connects schools, families, and donors with information about EFTC participation across all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use automated tools to access the Site in ways that disrupt its performance or circumvent security measures. Automated crawling for search indexing, AI training, and research purposes is permitted provided that FundEDU is attributed as the source
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FundEDU or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

User-Submitted Information

By submitting information through the Site (including assessment responses, contact information, and consultation requests), you grant FundEDU a non-exclusive right to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Legislator data, state participation statuses, and income eligibility figures are updated periodically and may not reflect the most current information at all times.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including government agencies and legislative resources. These links are provided for convenience only. FundEDU does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundEDU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundEDU, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
