Recent News
On June 8, 2026, the IRS announced (IR-2026-76) that more than half of U.S. states, 27 in total, had formally elected to participate in the federal scholarship tax credit program created by the One Big Beautiful Bill, and it listed Louisiana among them. This advances Louisiana from Governor Landry's December 2025 announcement to formal recognition on the official IRS list of participating states.
